Yes. You can upgrade or cancel at any time. When you upgrade we charge a prorated amount; when you cancel you keep Premium access until the end of your billing period.

Premium unlocks unlimited leagues, the full analytics suite, coaching insights, advanced charts and player comparison tools, performance heat maps, CSV/Excel data export, and priority support. Free still includes the core experience: tracking games, win/loss, players, and leagues (one per game type). Bulk import from BG Stats, a prior Game Nite export, or a spreadsheet is free and uncapped on both tiers.

New Premium subscribers get a 14-day free trial. We collect your card at checkout, but you can cancel any time before day 14 in Settings → Billing and you won’t be charged. Trials are one-per-account.

Annual billing saves you 33% versus paying monthly — Premium drops to roughly $3.33/month. You also lock in the price for the year.

Yes — every new paid subscription comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you upgrade and aren’t satisfied within 14 days of the initial charge, email billing@gamenite.ai from your account address and we’ll refund you in full. After 14 days, monthly plans are non-refundable but you can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal; annual plans may be eligible for a prorated refund of the unused portion at our discretion. Open Settings → Billing and click "Manage subscription" to open the Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel in one click. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Premium access until the end of the period you already paid for. You can also email billing@gamenite.ai if you’d rather we handle it for you.

All your game data is preserved. You drop back to the Free plan and lose access to Premium-only features (advanced analytics, coaching, exports, unlimited leagues), but your history, stats, and existing leagues stay put. If you want to permanently delete your account, head to Settings → Privacy & Data — you can also download a JSON export of everything we hold about you from the same place.
